Position: Manager
in Training

WATERS CAR WASH needs
high-energy personalities that thrive in a fast-paced environment to provide a
welcoming atmosphere to our Unlimited Wash Pass Members and memorable first
impression to our new car wash GUESTs.
The Manager in
Training perform duties and reports to the General Manager. Work is directly
alongside the team of associates to conduct business in an efficient and
profitable manner in a fun, interactive atmosphere. Paid training includes
all aspects of our business including utilizing our industry leading technology
and equipment. You
will perform each Associate role for 30 days to learn, lead and train by
example.
Qualifications
A successful candidate would be
an excellent team player with a focus on motivating and developing the team
around them. You must love working outdoors in all conditions and not be afraid
of getting dirty to get the job done! You must be extremely motivated, have an
outgoing, friendly personality and excellent communication skills- Bilingual a
plus! We will provide extensive training on our products and methods, we only
expect you will share our passion for washing cars, creating memorable moments
and our obsession with GUEST service!
Manager in Training
Responsibilities

Open/Close and other daily operations
�
Ensure output meets quality standards
�
Accurate reconciliation of all financials
�
Directly supervising and coaching Associates to identify issues
in efficiency and suggest improvements
�
Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards, training
new Associates on safe machinery use and following procedures
�
Monitor equipment and ensure proper maintenance
�
Organizing workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing
schedules
�
Set objectives and communicate them to Associates
�
Disbursement of commissions and incentives
�
Manage facility, chemistry, wash supplies and labor
�
Manage vendor relationships
�
Own GUEST issues, seek opportunities to improve GUEST service
experiences and create engaged GUESTs
�
Keep accurate records and document GUEST service actions and
discussions
�
Lead marketing initiatives to drive revenue
General Requirements:

Authorized to work in the U.S. and pass background check
�
Friendly and Upbeat Personality

Effective Communicator - Bilingual a plus

Able to work evenings and weekend schedule

Enjoy working outside in all types of weather

Basic Computer Skills - POS, Excel, E-mail, Text

Compensation
Base Salary $45,000.00 / yr.
(based on a 50-hour work week)
20% Bonus based on performance
with measurable KPIs
Paid Time Off (PTO) (1 Week
after 1 year - 2 weeks after 2 years - 3 weeks after 3 years)
