Position: Equipment Operator

Location: 2020 North Burlington Street- N. Kansas City, Missouri

The Equipment Operator is the conductor and entertainer for our customers while making sure all vehicles are being processed safely and efficiently. The loader interacts with all customers and is responsible for creating a memorable experience in all interactions while doing his job to prepare the vehicles prior to entering the car wash tunnel.

No College Degree Required

The work requires focused, driven people who are not afraid of change and who thrive in a fast paced, outdoor work environment in all types of weather. 

Positive personality

Energy and Enthusiasm (Theatre background, acting, dance is a plus)

Acts in professional manner and likes to have fun on the job

Strong work ethic

Points to directional sign; neutral, no-brake, no steering while watching the customer to ensure directions are followed.

Smiles at customer, gives thumbs up for customer to put vehicle in neutral 

Determines vehicle prep needs by visual inspection 

Customer care is #1 priority

Authorized to work in the U.S.
