No college degree required plus paid on-going training- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR ASSOCIATES who are:
- Detail oriented - Proactive Problem Solver - Strong work ethic - Some mechanical inclination preferred - Excellent Communication skills - Team Player - Able to move around freely - Willing to work a flexible schedule off hours as needed - Authorized to work in the U.S. - Available weekends
WHAT YOU WILL DO: - Positive/Customer Interaction - Attention to Detail and Safety - Act as the "conductor" and safely give direction to customers as they enter the car wash tunnel - Make eye contact and smile to acknowledge customer understands - Use appropriate cleaning agents, applicators and cleaning devices - Use tools in a safe manner by using proper eye, hand and body protection - Point to directional signage to guarantee basic entry rules into the tunnel are followed - Determines how to properly prep the vehicle through a visual inspection - Always smiling - Acts in professional manner at all times. - Bring safety issues immediately to management - Upkeep of property
